Jamun Spot Sunset (JSS) is one of the tourist attractions in Poncokusumo Village that offers natural beauty. The name ‘Jamun’ is taken from the name of one of the residents of Poncokusumo Village, Mr. Jamun, who often goes around the hill. While the word ‘Spot Sunset’ shows the existence of the hill itself which is at an altitude of 1300 meters above sea level so that tourists can see the sunset and sunrise on the hill.

As well as being a sunset and sunrise spot, this place also presents a breathtaking panorama of the plantation that is very eye-rejuvenating. Tourists can also enjoy the milkyway at night because at Jamun Spot Sunset there is also a camping ground where tourists can spend the night in this place.

The trekking distance to this place takes about 1 hour from the center of Poncokusumo Village by walking. The trekking path to the top is quite challenging but still safe to pass, so it is suitable for beginners who want to have an adventure in nature. To reach the entrance of JSS, tourists can only use motorbikes because the road is quite narrow.
